ChequePilot provides software utilities for formatting, designing, and printing physical cheques onto authorized bank cheque leaves. Users are responsible for verifying cheque payment details, account authorization, and compliance with local corporate banking regulations.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Users must maintain confidential access credentials and restrict system usage to authorized finance personnel. Administrators are responsible for managing assigned role privileges across team members.
3. Physical Printing Disclaimer
Printer paper feed drift and physical hardware variations remain subject to local printer calibration. ChequePilot provides X/Y millimeter offset calibration controls to assist users in maintaining accurate physical paper alignment.
